What is your shipping policy?
We ship via USPS, Priority Mail, which takes approximately 3-7 business days in the United States.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. Be certain to provide your current shipping address.
We not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by our USPS partners regionally or internationally.
Once the product ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Refer to your tracking number for current updates on your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do our best to ensure that you are a well informed shopper on our brand's fit. We want to you love your wearable art piece. In the event that your item arrives damaged: wrong size, holes, stains, ink spots, frayed seams, torn tags, grease spots or misprints, it can be returned for a store credit or for an even exchange. Follow the steps below to initiate a return for DAMAGED items:
Contact us via email at email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. We will not accept RETURNS for damaged merchandise after 5 days
Include your order number and 3 photos of the damage to the garment
A shipping label will be emailed to you
After receiving the damaged order, a store credit or a comparable exchange will be rendered after processing.This process may take up to 10-15 days to complete.
PLEASE NOTE: All RETURNS for damaged merchandise will be reviewed for authenticity. WE reserve the right to deny any returns or store credits of merchandise if foul-play is suspected.
