What is the RETURN/EXCHANGE policy?

We do our best to ensure that you are a well informed shopper on our brand's fit. We want to you love your wearable art piece. In the event that your item arrives damaged: wrong size, holes, stains, ink spots, frayed seams, torn tags, grease spots or misprints, it can be returned for a store credit or for an even exchange. Follow the steps below to initiate a return for DAMAGED items:
 • Contact us via email at info@justeverydaycreativity.com within 5 days of delivery. We will not accept RETURNS for damaged merchandise after 5 days
 • Include your order number and 3 photos of the damage to the garment
 • A shipping label will be emailed to you
 • After receiving the damaged order, a store credit or a comparable exchange will be rendered after processing.This process may take up to 10-15 days to complete.

PLEASE NOTE: All  RETURNS for damaged merchandise will be reviewed for authenticity. WE reserve the right to deny any returns or store credits of merchandise if foul-play is suspected. 
 
At this time, we are NOT processing exchanges for the wrong size, or color. REFER to our SIZING CHART for proper fit. We do our best to give you an accurate fit paired with the correct color match for each garment. We rather you measure a hundred times and cut once. Email us any questions regarding proper fit prior to making a purchase. Our team is happy to assist with any questions.
